If disaster strikes, you will need an experienced, professional IT team to get your business back operating again as soon as possible.
Tiger Computing can allocate a dedicated consultant to manage the resurrection of your IT infrastructure. Together with the team back in our offices, the consultant will manage:
- The installation of temporary server and desktop hardware to get you up and running while replacement hardware is sourced
- The sourcing of replacement hardware, both servers and desktop systems, as required
- Connectivity to the Internet
- Handling of email while your servers are unavailable
- Other IT issues as appropriate to your business
All of our consultants have a "can do" attitude. We'll focus on getting you back up and running as soon as possible, rather than explaining to you how hard it is (we figure you can probably work that bit out yourself).
