One of our consultants will visit you to discuss your requirements in detail. He or she will also discuss possible alternative approaches to achieve your goals, and help you select the best way forward. They will also ensure that any planned work integrates with your existing IT infrastructure.

We will send you an Implementation Plan for review. This will detail the work that we will carry out, together with the timescales. It will also list any agreed or recommended actions for you or third parties.

Once your feedback has been added to the Implementation Plan, we will go ahead with the work. Depending upon the exact nature of the service we are providing, this may include installing or configuring servers as well as integrating with your existing IT infrastructure.

Upon completion of the work, we will hand over the documentation for the work done.

Within one month of the completion of the work, we will contact you to check that you are happy with the work done.
